IMHO:

Check for arcing on the bulb. You might have a bad connection with
the screwing socket.

BTW, humidity might be effecting also, so ensure the bulb is screwed
in securly.

Guessing ifyou have higher than average household voltage all your
lights would have problems not just this one.
