Why not just stick a 22mm "T" on both F & R at the highest point then
extend up 12 inches or so an bung an air vent on the top of each.

Job done.

That's about it.

I don't know if this is prarper practice but I made the highest point above
the flow and return risers from the boiler, and fitted auto bleed valves on
tees there.

Now someone's going to yell "Aaarghh - anywhere but there!" ;-)
