Yes it's what's on my welder unfortunately.

It's not that hard. I don't go to the trouble of removing the carb
on engines like this (it's usually a lot of trouble to do). Instead I
just remove the 4 screws which hold the carb together and rebuild it
in place.

What exactly is your problem?
