The first and only chuck I own (other than a Jacobs style) is a SuperNova.
I
bought it when I purchased my lathe and other than having the left
loosey -
righty tighty reversed I have been well pleased with it. I'd like to clean
it up a bit and was wondering if just a good blast of air would do it.
Works. I like WD40, the all-purpose gunk cleaner afterward.
Of course, I don't do a lot of sanding near the chuck, so it's a rare job.
