Okay, what I've gathered so far:
- Remove HOT and test properly, replace if necessary
- Heat caps and test ESR, replace bad caps

Is this generally all I need to do? Do I need to check for blown
fusable resistors, etc.? I figure I need to do that considering I
don't have voltage running to the HOT (if I'm measuring this correctly
- probe to ground and probe to leads of HOT).
