I use Two Cherries. However, the Hirsch chisels are reputed to be
identical (same factory) except for branding, and can be had very
reasonably through Lee Valley.


Those are a damn good deal I must say. Hornbeam (Hoffornbeam?) wood
is an iron wood, harder than beech? And the blades hard @ RC 61, they are
better than the Stubais.
