thought they all did, When the temperature drops to around 3 the
boiler cuts in and runs until the jacket and pipes are hot, this
detected by something on the pipes, then switches off . The rads in
the house may warm up slightly. This would repeat if it stays cold,
but it doesn't run all night. Consequently it uses slightly more fuel
than an indoor boiler, and the heat in the boiler ,does not heat the
kitchen. You could of course fill your system with
anti -freeze specifically for central heating systems. I am pleased
with
the boiler and it comes complete with flue etc. I

the boiler manufacture recommends that frost stat is fitted but
dont specify a particular model.

I dont want something that will run the boiler continuously when the
temp gets below 3C say or the boiler will run all winter (as it
doesnt heat up the outside) so im guessing its possible to get some
sort of frost pipe stat which detects the pipes are warm enough ?

Anyone have any experience of this and can recommend something...
have already contacted warmflow once but they were rather vague....

is yours a warmflow bolier then ?
confused if it is cos mine is definitely missing a stat if thats the
case
