An old Sansui Amp with no dates on ICs, Transformer, caps, trannies etc.
Two plastic end pieces marked Sanyo, one Left & one Right hand.
Both have 82 83 84 85 with a small moulded pip over both 82 and 83
Then a 1 to 12 'clock face' both with an arrow next the figure 8.
Also in the centre of these dials is in one case a small raised
diametric bar pointing between about 7.6 and 1.6
and on the other bar moulding about 3.8 to 9.8.
Can anyone decode mainly the 1982/3?

Does this seem likely - a centre pop dimple in the mould above
82 in 1982 and then another over 83 in 1983. Leading to
raised small conical pips on the plastic.
