What should the low pressure working side
have for a pressure gauge? Mine is in
increments of 10. (Oxygen)

It's very old, very. Does this have anything to
do with it?

I just went through a video course, and the
pressures called for welding are in the
3 to 7 psi range. I couldn't get the regulator
to go that low.

Is it possible to rebuild a regulator? Is it
worth it?
