This one clearly doesn't know too
much at all. I think he is a spammer of
some company to promote or dicredit something.
There have been too many of
them on here lately.

No spammer here Dr Freezing as the email return address is totally
valid (unlike yours I suspect) I've been on Usenet in one form or
another for around 15 years and despise spamming. I have used the same
email address for around 10 years now and after some slip ups in the
past now need strict email filters.

You doth protest too much. You are spammer. Come from nowhere with venom.
There are a few here and Speedfit had one here to do the same thing.

snip crap by spammer

But i'm totally convinced by the combi
boiler Dr Freezing. So much so
i'm fitting one in the next couple of weeks.
But before you get carried away and
ejaculate in your shorts i'm moving house shortly
afterwards so some other poor sop can fill
their bath in around 25 mins

You are irresponsible and a shark. You could have installed a high flowrate
model, but picked an inappropriate model. I hope the buyer sees this and
drops the price accordingly.

snip crap by a spammer

To keep this remotely on topic can
you tell me how I convince a future
house buyer that a "12 litre per minute
35 deg rise combi" is suitable
for anyone who ever takes a bath

It is if you want to wait, normally this is unacceptable. Do not try and do
a bull**** job on an unsuspecting buyer. Rip it out now and put a high
flowrate model in, or install another combi and combine the outlets for the
bath.

You are obviously going to mislead and lie trio sell your house.

when, and this has been accurately
measured, my boiler gives me a litre of
water at 60 deg C every 4
seconds from a 8.5 deg C supply.

15 litres/min. Not a lot. Two combi's coupled together will do that; nice
and neat on the wall. Fabulous.

Give me something like that in a
SINGLE boiler casing of around
600 x 450 x 350 and i'll buy a hundred
of the things off you at your cost plus 50%.

They are there Mr Spammer, look at Takagi and Rinnai who are the big
players. The largest output instant water heater the world is a Takagi at
50 litres per minute at 380,000 BTU/hr. Yes 50 litres/min and never runs
out. Fabulous!
