this new IPO stock snip BS

It really has come to the time when the US Stock Exchange and the
regulatory bodies should prevent companies that use spam as a method of
advertising from floating.

Sure, you may get malicious "I don't want a competitor in my ballpark"
trying to spam in the name of their prospective competition, but the
penalties for this should be _so_ severe it simply isn't worth risking.

I'm talking about either disbarring from *ever* registering with the
stock exchange, or a fine equal to at least double the entire share
issue.
