What is the best insulation to use in a new home? Fiberglass bats,
blown celulose, sprayed foam? Has anyone used isynene or Sealection?

Where are you and what are you trying to achieve? The material you use
depends upon how much R-value you want for a given thickness of wall or
ceiling. The most economical and commonly used material for new houses is
fiberglass batts. A 2x4 wall can get you R-13, a 2x6 wall can get you R-19.
Blown cellulose is not usually used in new construction. Foam, both rigid
and sprayed, have a higher R-value per inch put is more expensive than
fiberglass.
