insurance, permits, or referrals I didn't do. This is a very hard lesson

learn.

I would consider filing harassment and intimidation charges against the man
who went ballistic at your front door, if they continue to cause you
problems.

Fight fire with fire, especially if you are female, which seems to be the
presumption. The bill collection tactics might be your ace in the hole.

What I don't understand though, is if the damage was covered by your
homeowners insurance why you don't just leave it to the insurance company to
collect.
