Hi

I have a Radeon 8500 video card that's about 3 years old.

A couple of the larger capacitors are bulging and have a slight yellow
discharge.

How risky is it to continue using the thing? It has a massive heatsink

that
I've added to each side of the card it the caps blow.

The motherboard won't be so lucky I suppose.

If I were to get my TV repair man or other to replace those large caps,
would the smaller ones need doing also?

I've upgraded quite a few components in this thing lately and look like
buying a new system in parts the way things are going

Replace the card? Can't afford to/not to.

Thanks

Darren

Replace the electrolytic caps, it's easy and cheap, if you keep using it
like that you WILL fry the card.
