OK JOSEPH .. By your lawyer like reasoning ..
I should be able to park in the middle of I-95 because I don't want to
be "Inconvenienced" by the weather and ... the first person that runs
into my "Conveniently" parked auto .. IS AT FAULT! I Should get
glasses? I should Stop Driving?

Jackasses such as yourself .. NEVER seem to stop and "REASON" things

Both cars are at fault and the last one who was able to avid the
accident will be be charged. The "parked" car may or may not.

I might suggest that you start using plain text when posting messages.
It is considered good manors for those who may not have high speed
connections and don't want to try and read your difficult to read choice of
colors.
