After observing what has happened when several neighborhood marriages
ended over the years, I would think twice before making a list of your
tools with valuations and giving it to the spouse.

Nothing like giving someone you thought you could trust a very big
knife to cut your own throat to make a divorce even more interesting
than it would normally be.....
