the washer stopped spinning so i removed the belt and tried it again and motor would not spin so i helped it along by turning the pully and it ran so i figured it was the capacitor bought a new one that had a different mfd reading.the original was 233-280 mfd 110vac and the new one is 233-292mfd 110/125 they told me it would work it did the same as the other motor still would not spin.so i ordered another one that took a week to get,this is a 3 year old machine.put new motor in without belt and still would not spin without help?could it just be another bad capacitor?there is 110 volts going to the capacitor.is there an easy way to check capacitor?and what is the MFD readings stand for? thanks mike
