Well that's a breach of regulations, electrocuted bodies should be
suspended
by a purpose designed bracket with a secondary safety chain, and there
should be a flexible metal bonding strap in addition to the circuit
protective conductor.

Perhaps they hadn't provided him with Part P.

Or whatever.
