| 2.5mm Twin and earth wrapped roung his neck

Well that's a breach of regulations, electrocuted bodies should be suspended
by a purpose designed bracket with a secondary safety chain, and there
should be a flexible metal bonding strap in addition to the circuit
protective conductor.
