First ensure that you do not have a Primatic (tm) type cylinder fitted
to your system. If its a true double feed indirect cylinder,and it
probably is,then away to your nearest shed/plumbing centre and
purchase some Grace Dearbourne X200. It'll cost about £13 . Get it
into your system by the easiest route and let it circulated,hopefully
the noise will ease. Dont just dump it in the header tank though, put
it in a radiator if poss.
