Not if you kept the receipt, it isn't too late. Take it back and
ask for another one.

Now if it was in service for 6 months or a year and used hard and it
blew, you might not get a replacement or refund on it. But judging
from my past experiences they're pretty good at covering stuff that
fails 'out of the box' or soon after.

I don't go to Harbor Fright for professional-grade tools, I go there
for stuff that won't get used heavily, and price is more important
than quality. I have two 4" angle grinders, one DeWalt, one HF, just
to save changing between wire wheel and grinding disc. If the HF one
dies on me mid-job, it isn't a catastrophe.
