I have a Vaillant Turbomax, which is not suitable for your purposes since it
doesn't go as high as 16ltr/min ( at least, I'm not sure, there is a more
powerful model than the one I have, which is a 28kW ), however they do have
a feature called Warmstart, which, when enabled, keeps a couple of litres of
water warm in the boiler loop so that in effect instantaneous hot water can
be had ( neglecting the time it takes to get through the HW pipes of
course ).
