It's very, very difficult to do on any kind of DIY budget :-)

However, the good news is it's very easy to buy, and quite cheap too.
You'll need a reasonable sized dewar, maybe 20-25l, and an account with
BOC. I pay ~£40 per fillup.


Or in a farming area, talk to the local AI man.
(And no, I don't mean Artificial Intelligence.)
