Jeff,

you might want to pull the yoke and shellac it. These are the ones that
short out. You can sometimes see a green spot on the windings where
corrosion is taking place. I think some of it is due to the dried glue like
you see on the boards. I have had several shorted yokes on these that kept
taking out vertical outputs. The only scrappers I have had on this model
have been for the bad yokes. Otherwise we fix them, caps and all and the
CRTs look surprisingly good for their age.
