Well, for a start Everest provide a 20 year guarantee on frames and sealed
units. If they can't match that then question their quality.

Anglian have 10 years on frames and 15 on sealed units.

Our local place who we used does 10 years on frames and sealed units (though
they admit, their supplier of sealed units only provide 5 years and they
cover the extra 5 off their own back).
