104 = 1 0 0000 (4 zeros) or 100,000pF
Value in nF= 100,000 / 1,000 = 100nF
Value in uF = 100,000 / 1,000,000 = 0.1uF

Z would be tolerance but my table doesn't cover that letter only up to K
(+/-10%)
