Take two plates and tack weld them together...
Drill three holes... Two 1/2" holes for guide bars and one hole for
your adjuster screw... Gring the weld off to seperate the plates and
weld two 1/2" bars in the holes on one plate... Now the plate will
slide up and down with the second plate...
You now have your slide...
