Definitely the deWalt 621. Plenty of power for bits 1.5" diam,
built-in vacuum port for the huge amount of chips it will toss, and
silky-smooth (best I've tried, by far) plunge mechanism. 1/2" and 1/4"
colletts.

May well be all you'd need.
