How do I recover a lost file in a computer?
The Problem
I have a Mercury TV Tuner Card installed in my PC. The programme was
running
fine all the time until I come across this problem today. The icon for the
card which was placed on the desktop is no longer there. I also tried to
find it in find as well as in programme but I failed. When I tried to run
the setup programme from the cd it came with I receive this message " A
required.DLL file, NEWDEV.DLL, was not found." Could you please advise me
on
how to retrieve the file again.

Just do a Google websearch of the name of the file
In your case NEWDEV.DLL, you will find lots of sites where you can download
the file
