To a large extend the survey asks for your personal opinions, so don't
think too much about it, be spontaneous. Also, as you'll see the

Your survey has pre-determined answers. You already know what you want the
survey to represent. You must be going to the same school that the bozos
that I worked for went to. They would put out surveys that flatly prevented
any negative comments. Just an example. Think out side their box for a
change.
