Keep them all, two more refi's and you can use the wentire ste to
build a three car garage and a summer house.

Seriously, keep all the sets, file cabinets are cheap and you might
need one or another set. Talk to a lawyer or accountant for any
possible legal retention periods required, I ain't either of them
types.
