probably you'd have to locate some sort of buffering device (accu/big
capacitor) and unsolder one connector to clear the RAM that stores the
childlock mode bit. It's a quite unsure method and I only recommend it if
you can't get any information on how to do it otherwise.
With most devices there is a way of setting the mode back to normal but that
probably requires some extra know-how or service equipment.
Maybe you can try with Grundig directly.
