You might want to get a copy of this book:

Woodworking with the Router
by: Bill Hylton and Fred Matlack
ISBN: 0-7621-0227-6

It contains plans for a real nice router table, plus plans for all
kinds of router table support stuff, like fences, jigs, etc. I
promise that you'll learn a lot from this book.
