allow access to one, learn how to use a newsreader and above all learn who
to use the built in message blocking tools.

Also, go to this web site and learn just what Usenet is and isn't, if you
want messages in nicely packaged threads then perhaps Usenet is not for you,
there are plenty of web based forums or email groups around - but don't
expect them to have the un sanitised truth available...
