The kitchen fitter who has been doing work for us also does work for a
high-end company here in London. They make the doors (solid wood/high
quality veneer or painted) and buy in the carcasses. Depending on the
customer's budget they either source from Ikea at the low end or
Mereway at the top end. Mereway kitchens can be sourced cheaply from
www.arena-kitchens.co.uk. I'm not sure whether they'll supply carcass
only but it has to be worth asking.
