Huh? Where does it say that in BS 7671 or the OSG? They do need to be
accessible of course, if you're using the usual BS 951 clamps.

How do you prove that you have a correctly x bonded bathroom if you have an
electrical inspection on your property and all the clamps and earth cables
are hidden under the floor?
