Used to be CORGI registered in the old days when it was free.

Gas fire at home loses all heat on the two centre radiants, this when it
seems to feel like it & maybe 3 times per winter.

I remove the 2 injectors, blow through them & rod out with a length of fuse
wire ...... yeah I know I should not rod out.
To the naked eye the injectors are clear upon removal.
Fire is then perfect until it decides to perform the same trick.

I am baffled, any ideas appreciated.

You may be suffering from Sulphidation. Are there any traces of what
looks like tiny grey spec/shavings almost like lead from a
pencil?,they may also be lodged in the passageways of the tap
assembly..
