It sure will. My feeling (call me one of those tinfoil hat
nutcases if you will) is that if the business interests who
were pushing for this change wanted it, then the net effect
is a financial benefit to them.

I'd love to report that net wage payments are up on account
of it. Don't hold your breath though.
