Default RoboFac version 0.0.2 released

I just released the next version of RoboFac, version 0.0.2.

This version adds the beginning of a G-Code interpreter and gives the
ability to control a stepper driven hexapod under Linux via the parallel
port.

RoboFac is open source software for controlling a hexapod (Stewart-Gough
platform) in a machine tool context.
