government is over" but what they mean by that is more along the lines of
"the days of spending money on the military hardware are over" than any
actual attempt to shrink the government.


Money talks - the present adminstration holds quite a record
on *increasing* government size, which is direction proportional
to government spending. How can *anyone* say that the existing
folks in the white house want to shrink goverment when their
actions are 180 degrees off? Sure they tell a nice bedtime
story but at the same time they're hosing us.
