Get real. The real problem they have is bad enough, without having to
fantasize additional problems in a ploy for sympathy (endangering a
child - oh how awful!) Bulldinky.


Their contracts binds them that they can't
sell the house for the next 3 years.

I don't believe you. Post the part of the contract that says they
can't sell.
