One of our friends just got a non-renew letter from allstate for his house
insurance after 20 years as a customer becaue of his in ground oil tank.
He
has been given a year to remove the oil tank or find new insurance. No,
he
has no evidence of a leak.

and unfortunately, even though they (in ground tanks) are allowed, you can't
argue with the insurance company....
