The Swiftvets have certainly been DENOUNCED a lot, but have not been
discredited. The Dems only claim seem to be that none of the Swiftvets were
in the boat with Kerry so they don't know what they are talking about and
their vote doesn't count (they are disenfranchised). I think there are one
or two swiftvets that were but I'll have to check again to be certain. Even
at that there are many things you can tell about a boat (or boat captain)
without having to be in the boat. If there are five boats in a patrol, one
boat hits a mine, two go to aid the stricken boat, and two boats turn and
leave the scene at full throttle (like Kerry) you sure don't need to be in
the boat to see that. There are all kinds of things that you can tell about
a boat captain and never even see him, talk to him, or serve in the boat
with him. Not to mention all the time the men spend together off the boats.

Personally, I am inclined to take the word of the many (and some of them are
Dems) that he served for and with, over the few supporting the Kerry
campaign, even though some of the few were "in the boat". I would
especially discount the word of those being paid by the Kerry campaign. The
Dems also say that the Swiftvets shouldn't be considered because a
Republican gave them $100,000, yet vehemently defend Michael Moore and
George Soros who have contributed many millions to Democrats. Moore for his
obvious hatchet job on Bush (talk about discredited!), and Soros for his
spending many many millions of dollars to do such things as buying up
advertising time on Boston TV stations during the Dem convention to prevent
Republicans from buying it.

I am continually amazed how the Dems can constantly make personal attacks on
Bush and that is all ok. They call him a liar at every opportunity (most
often Bush is proven right), and they still cannot find any proof of Bush's
"desertion" but they are still claiming that he deserted. But bring up an
issue against their guy, then all of a sudden it is morally and politically
wrong and you should be silenced (disenfranchised). The Dems keep talking
about the Republican attack machine, but it has a loooong way to go before
it can even be considered a worthy adversary for the Democrat attack machine
(to whom truth has no meaning).

Bravo as well!
