I tried it out (I used the second 'Free' code). It seems ok but a bit buggy.
First - if uploading pictures there must not be a space in the file name or
you will get an error it seems.
Second - When viewing the checklist you have to hit refresh on your browser
a couple of times to get the .pdf to load.
Third - I was going though pretty quick and didn't read the instructions in
advance but I see no way to make changes to your completed checklist.
Fourth - Some preparation before using this tool would be useful. Take
pictures of each room for uploading also or each main areas such as laundry,
garage, driveway, etc.

Doesn't seem like a scam, service costs $5 if you don't use a code. I think
its probably worth it if you can go back and make changes and tweaks (I
didn't have all the info the first time though)

I will use this as a starting point for my upcoming new house walkthrough on
August 11th.
