Anything that delays the transmission of a Clarkson programme can only be
good.
Clarkson is a very logical person and love by many.
By editing, they likely mean post production. Journos do need to keep
things simple for those who want to read about Clarkson.
While the actual edit may be a one person process on a computer, the
results have to be approved by likely several people. And changes made
after their views known. In better times, this would be done with
everyone
present. Having to send it to them, and wait for individual replies,
slows
everything down. Same with the sound dub.
They don't have to cuddle. I'm sure they have seperate desks
