running at about 250K daily new infections in January, now it's down to
25K, a
reduction of an order of magnitude. A reduction achieved by wearing
masks,
social distancing, restrictions and vaccinations. 160 mil have received
a vaccine. It's not January anymore.

The thing that changed is now they are considering co morbidities
and prior to this anyone who tested positive for Covid, died of Covid.
