I don't fall for the traps laid but its easy to see how it can happen.
The structure of the presentation does seem to show contempt for the
customer.
One thing that is quite tricky is finding an additional delivery
charge after combining several items claiming "eligabilty for free
delivery". But that's OK cuz then I just cancel the order and go to
eBay where goods are usually less expensive and clearly offer free
delivery.
