You need to buy a block of at least £1000 then for two years you should
expect to get the equivalent of a 10-year gilt, which is currently about
0.8%

We have had some for about 3 years, and so far have managed over 1% a year
simple interest return, although each year it gets slightly less.
Then again, each year the number of prizes goes down.

So our returns are broadly in line with the predicted return.
