As long as you get the subject matter correct it doesn't really matter whether you spell colour or color.

grammatical or spelling errors).


Yes they will as you can employ someone to write a CV. Writing a CV is more of an art,
and it also depends on who's reading it.
Some only want single page CVs while others expect multipage listing everything,
while others aren't really intestesd in 11+ results.


At interview they will also be judged on their ability to communicate
effectively, which means a decent standard of spoken english (or other
language relevant to the county they are in).


Yes but that will vary depending on the job that needs doing.
