"Bear Spray" is pepper spray, just like the cops use if the cops are
not using CS gas. (the stuff ATF/FBI used at Waco)

Are you sure all bear spray is the same as what police use? That it;s
not more powerful, more concentrated for example? Or a different
formulation that hasn't been tested on humans? The cop that died
was sprayed with it.

Following Joyce's Google links the top hit says they both use the same
chemical but the cop stuff is MORE concentrated.
